Dominique’s World was founded by Leroy Williams and Olga “Loto” Williams, a husband-and-wife team united by faith, family, and a shared commitment to uplifting young people and strengthening communities.
Their journey is rooted in love, resilience, and purpose. After the loss of their beloved son, Dominique, Leroy and Olga made a powerful decision: to transform grief into action and create a space where young people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow beyond their circumstances. What began as a moment of remembrance became a movement grounded in hope, mentorship, and community engagement.
Leroy Williams — Co-Founder
Leroy is a devoted father, community advocate, and leader with a heart for service. He is passionate about creating opportunities for youth to discover their strengths, build confidence, and walk in purpose. Through mentorship and outreach, Leroy works to strengthen relationships between families, community partners, and the next generation, ensuring that young voices are heard and valued.
Olga “Loto” Williams — Co-Founder
Olga is a creative visionary, entrepreneur, and community builder dedicated to empowering others through connection, compassion, and leadership. She brings a deep commitment to advocacy, mentorship, and storytelling, using her voice and platforms to inspire positive change and foster safe, supportive environments for youth and families.
